OUD BRUIN (Old Brown)- Sour Ale (750ml Only) Is a style of beer originating from the Flemish region of Belgium. The Dutch name refers to the long aging process, that goes up to a year. It undergoes a secondary fermentation, which takes several weeks to a month, and is followed by bottle aging for several more months. The extended aging allows residual yeast and bacteria to develop a sour flavor characteristic. 7.3% ABV 0 IBU's
CAB FRANC PORTER STILL-(750ml Only) Our latest collaboration between the winery and brewery. Starting with our porter being aged 2yrs in oak barrels and then combined with freshly pressed Cab Franc grape skins for one week. This allowed the grape flavor and color to transform the porter into a remarkably complex and flavorful hybrid. This still has an aroma of ripe grape juice, deep ruby color, a perfect balance of sweet and tart, and finishes with a lasting flavor of the porter! 6.0% ABV IBU's 15
