Cab Franc Porter Still (Mysteria Series 26) 6% ABV IBU’s 15 Available Only In 750ml with cork finish. This latest addition to our Mysteria series is another unique collaboration with Nimble Hill Vineyard and Winery. It all started with our Midnight Fuggle Robust Porter being aged in used red wine barrels for 2 years. This year’s grape harvests offered us a rare opportunity to use our Cab Franc grapes skins freshly pressed for Rose wine. We combined the Porter and Cab Franc skins for a week allowing the grape flavor and color to transform the porter into a remarkably complex and flavorful hybrid. After tasting this combination, we found the flavor and mouth feel, favored it to be none carbonated and drank as if it was a wine. You will first notice the deepest ruby color followed by slight and quickly fading foam, the aroma is abundantly ripe grape juice, and the flavor follows suite with a perfect balance of sweet and tart. The finish and lasting flavor is where the porter kicks in, leaving dark chocolate impression on your palate.  Join us today to celebrate the start of winter with some of our darkest beer.
MIDNIGHT FLINKE- Black & Tan This is a blend of 70% Flinke Hügel lager and 30% of our Midnight Fuggle porter. When you just can’t decide which to have, have both.5.5% ABV 20 IBU's MIDNIGHT FUGGLE- Robust Porter Full of roasted and chocolate malts with deep flavors of coffee, dark chocolate, toffee, caramel. A dash of Fuggle hops and English ale yeast adding a earthy and floral background. 5.5% ABV 27 IBU's TURBO DIESEL- Russian Imperial Stout Brace yourself! This beer pours like syrup, dark as the abyss and tastes like dark chocolate, coffee, prunes and brandy. For six months this Imperial Stout is aged in port wine barrels commandeered from our winery. 11% ABV 80 IBU's OUD BRUIN (Old Brown)- Sour Ale (750ml Only) is a style of beer originating from the Flemish region of Belgium. The Dutch name refers to the long aging process, that goes up to a year. It undergoes a secondary fermentation, which takes several weeks to a month, and is followed by bottle aging for several more months. The extended aging allows residual yeast and bacteria to develop a sour flavor characteristic. 7.3% ABV 0 IBU's Plus our two limited releases, Double Chocolate Oatmeal Caramel Milk Stout and Gingerbread Porter.
