Hints of ripe pear and boxwood, finishes with notes of white pepper. Sourced from the Toczko Vineyard this wine is 100% Nimble Hill grown, produced, and bottled!

Aged & Fermented in 100% stainless steel.  Aromas of fresh mown grass and granny smith apples dominate this wine.

2021 Pinot Grigio
Pear and lime notes and finish with fresh floral aromas. 100% Nimble Hilll grown.

 2019 Cabernet Franc Rose
This dry rose boast aromas of  fresh strawberries and red fruits.  
Minimal skin contact was used to achieve the hue and flavors of cherries and nectarines

With floral notes, accompanied by peaches and apricots gives this Dry Riesling a vibrant finish

Braces' Orchard Apple Cider was used to produce this Pennsylvania Apple Wine.  This blend of apples for this cider was heavy in Honey Crisp, but used 10 different varieties of apples.  Complex aromas of red and green apples picked at the peak of ripeness lead to flavors of honey and tart apple.  RS 2%

  2018 Merlot       
This medium-bodied Merlot has dark fruit, spice, and licorice.
The balanced acidity and pronounced tannin will pair
well with red meat dishes and chocolate desserts

 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon boasts flavors of ripe plums and black cherries. These intense flavors are accented with aromatic hints of anise and vanilla that finish with silky tannins and lightly toasted oak. This wine will pair well with grilled steaks and hearty meat dishes. Aged in French oak for 18 month's

Our 2021 Pinot Noir has an upfront nose of cassis and cherry with a hint of toasted oak. This is 100% Nimble Hill grown, produced and bottled.

A blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Pinot Noir.  All varieties aged in French and American oak producing a jammy, easy drinking semi-dry red wine.

INNOCENCE
Is our blush wine, which is slightly sweet on the palate with a bright acidity to balance each other out. A blend of several grapes that result in a wine with a fruity aroma of strawberries and other juicy red fruits. Although we call this wine Innocence, she has a tendency of showing her friends how to have a  good time.

MOUNTAIN RED
This grapey wine is a blend of Native American and Hybrid grapes. This is our red version of our Niagara.

HARVEST MOON
Don't take this wine too seriously, just sit back, take a sip, enjoy and relax. That is why we call it our hot tub wine. Best when served chilled; this wine is the ideal wine for your sweet taste buds.

Our sweetest white wine made from Native American grapes. This wine screams Grapes, Grapes, Grapes!! Serve very cold with sharp cheddar cheese or cheesecake.

NUDDER - Pilsner
Nudder is a malt forward Pilsner with low levels of Magnum Hops.  A blend of European Pilsner, Two Row, Biscuit, and Aromatic Malts, this Pilsner has a complex malt character.  This Pilsner is also enhanced by an uncommon Lager yeast.

Our pale ale delivers a fresh, tropical aroma complemented by subtle tones of citrus from a blend of Citra,  Azacca,  Eldorado, and Eureka hops. There is a little bitterness and a smooth body created from flaked oats.
