2017 Mysteria Blanc

This blend of Gruner Veltliner (42%), Chardonnay (42%), and Pinot Gris (16%) has a produced a wine with brilliant acidity, hints of citrus zest and boxwood. These grapes were grown proudly in Wyoming County at Nimble Hill and Sugar Hollow Vineyards. RS 0.5%

This wine would pair well with a summer salad, quiche, or grilled chicken and fish.
