This summer Nimble Hill will introduce a New Summer Seasonal Release. This Berliner Weisse will be brewed traditionally with Lactobacillus for sourness and we will also incorporate fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and zest.
This style historically would have a raspberry or woodruff syrup add in the glass. We feel that the flavor of grapefruit will be an excellent addition to the sourness, which will create a dry, tart, and fruit forward session ale.
4.0% ABV 10 IBU's
