Hop Bottom IPA was named after a small town a few miles from our brewery? In the past this small town grew and sold hops for the local breweries in the area. Hops can still be found growing wildly in the area. In tribute to their rich history in the local brewing community we decided to call our IPA, Hop Bottom. It's a beautiful day to have Hop Bottom IPA. Cheers!!
