2016 GRUNER VELTLINER
Made with 100% of the grapes Nimble Hill Vineyards grew themselves. Grapes that are often grown in Austria, gives this wine a bright acidity, a fresh citrus, a hint of white pepper, along with mineral accents from our local soil. This wine is known for being versatile when pairing with food. RS 0.5%

2017 Mysteria Blanc
This blend of Gruner Veltliner (42%), Chardonnay (42%), and Pinot Gris (16%) has a produced a wine with brilliant acidity, hints of citrus zest an boxwood. These grapes were grown proudly in Wyoming County at Nimble Hill and Sugar Hollow Vineyards. RS 0.5%
2017 UNOAKED CHARDONNAY
Fermented and aged in stainless steel with no oak. Produces aromas of fresh mown grass and granny smith apples that influence this wine.
2018 Toczko Vineyard Pinot Noir Rose
This dry rose boasts aromas of fresh strawberries and red fruits. Minimal skin contact was used to achieve the hue and flavors of cherries and nectarines. . Pinot Noir fruit was sourced from our Toczko Vineyard Block and was a blend of clones 115, 667, a 777.

2018 Toczko Vineyard Pinot Grigio
Pear and apricot notes finish with fresh floral aromas. The bright acidity in this wine will pair well with your favorite summer dish. Grapes for this wine were grown in Wyoming County at Nimble Hill from our Toczko Vineyard Block.

2018 TVR Toczko Vineyard Riesling
This Estate grown and bottled Riesling from clone 239, has vibrant acidity that is perfectly balance with sweetness. Pronounced aromas of honeysuckle, fresh nectarine, and citrus lead to flavors of peach and lime with a slight hint of minerality on the finish.

2018 DRY RIESLING
With floral notes, accompanied by peaches and apricots gives this Dry Riesling a vibrant finish RS 0.6%
This Riesling is crisp, has a mouthwatering acidity, and flavors reminiscent of peach and tangerine which makes this wine a standout.

This perfectly blended wine, consisting of 80% Vidal Blanc and 20% Riesling results in a clean and crisp white wine. This pairs perfectly with fish and chicken. RS 4%

2018 Merlot Reserve
Two barrels of Merlot were selected for this full-bodied reserve wine. Pronounced flavors of black raspberries, black cherries, and black berries are accompanied by aromas of anise, black pepper, violets and a touch of vanilla. Soft, velvety tannins were achieved by aging in used French oak for 11 months.

2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon boasts flavors of ripe plums and black cherries. These intense flavors are accented with aromatic hints of anise and vanilla that finish with silky tannins and lightly toasted oak. This wine will pair well with grilled steaks and hearty meat dishes. Aged in French (80%) and American (20%) oak for 11 months. 125 Cases produced. 14.1% ABV RS 0%
2018 Cabernet Franc New York
This medium bodied Cabernet Franc has aromas of cherries and cranberries with notes of vanilla and toasted oak. Aged in American oak barrels for 11 months. These CF grapes were sourced from Wagner Farms on the East shore of Seneca Lake. 125 Cases produced. 13.0% ABV 0.5% RS
2017 CABERNET FRANC-LEMBERGER SOLD OUT
60% Cabernet Franc 40% Lemberger. This blend has notes of dark cherry and plum with hints of coffee and a rounded finish, Both wines were aged in American Oak for 12 months before being blended. RS 0%

Upfront nose of cherry and strawberry with hints of violet. This is a 100% estate wine with the grapes grown in the Toczko Vineyard block. RS 0%
This medium bodied Merlot has rich flavors of dark fruits and cassis. The bright acidity and pronounced tannin will pair well with all red meat dishes and dark chocolate. RS 0%
Is what we like to call or "Friday Night Wine". This jammy off dry red blend pairs well with a date night of Italian dishes and grill meats or it is also perfect for a night home with some pizza and the family
SEMI-SWEET AND SWEET WINES
Is our blush wine, which is slightly sweet on the palate with a bright acidity to balance each other out. A blend of several grapes that result in a wine with a fruity aroma of strawberries and other juicy red fruits. Although we call this wine Innocence, she has a tendency of showing her friends how to have a good time. RS 4.0%
This grapey wine is a blend of Native American and Hybrid grapes. This is our red version of our Niagara. RS 5.0%
Don't take this wine too seriously, just sit back, take a sip, enjoy and relax. That is why we call it our hot tub wine. Best when served chilled; this wine is the ideal wine for your sweet taste buds. RS 5.5%
Our sweetest white wine made from Native American grapes. This wine screams Grapes, Grapes, Grapes!! Serve very cold with sharp cheddar cheese or cheesecake.
This white wine is enhanced with natural flavors of peach and mango. Best served ice cold. This wine makes a perfect Sangria or base in a cocktail. RS 7%
2015 MOUNTAIN MAGIC
"Pennsylvania Port". Our 2015 vintage comes from our vineyard. Made from St. Croix grapes and fortified with brandy, this sipper goes well with any chocolate.

NIM WIT- Belgian Style Wheat Ale
This zesty, orange-citrusy wheat ale is refreshingly crisp with a dry and tart finish. Spiced with coriander, orange zest, and ginger, along with Cascade hops to support the spices. There is also an aroma that rounds out this Belgian Wit. 4.8% ABV 13 IBU's
MIDNIGHT FUGGLE- Robust Porter
Full of roasted and chocolate malts with deep flavors of coffee, dark chocolate, toffee, caramel. A dash of Fuggle hops and English ale yeast adding a earthy and floral background. 5.5% ABV 27 IBU's
MIDNIGHT FLINKE- Black & Tan
This is a blend of 70% Flinke Hügel lager and 30% of our Midnight Fuggle porter. When you just can’t decide which to have, have both.

HOP BOTTOM- India Pale Ale
Hop Bottom uses an intense amount of classic and cutting edge hops to create a smooth bitterness and powerful aroma. All perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. The name Hop Bottom comes from a small town a few miles from the brewery. 7% ABV 75 IBU's
NUDDER PILSNER- Pilsner
Nudder is a malt forward Pilsner with low levels of Magnum Hops. A blend of European Pilsner, Two Row, Biscuit, and Aromatic Malts, this Pilsner has a complex malt character. This Pilsner is also enhanced by an uncommon Lager yeast. 5.0% ABV 5%
This light and low alcohol IPA makes this easy to drink ALL DAY! Made with Cascade, Centennial, Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo Hops!
For this infusion we took our Session IPA and infused it with mango and peach flavors, giving this IPA a tropical aroma and taste.
BONCZEK- Double IPA
Bonczek was originally made with Nugget hops, grown on the infamous Bonczek compound. The namesake of this beer has the same balance of crazy bittering hops an rich caramel malts. This insanely unique and aggressively bitter beer embody the essence of the one and only Bonczek.

JACK BE NIMBLE- Pumpkin Ale
Jack Be Nimble is made with pumpkin puree, Wheat, toasted pumpkin seeds, biscuit and crystal malts, Then we add the pumpkin pie spices and vanilla beans. Hopped with magnum and fuggle hops. 6.5% ABV 24 IBU's
TURBO DIESEL- Russian Imperial Stout
Brace yourself! This beer pours like syrup, dark as the abyss and tastes like dark chocolate, coffee, prunes and brandy. For six months this Imperial Stout is aged in port wine barrels commandeered from our winery.

NAUGHTY- Belgian Strong Ale
Naughty is a Belgian style strong ale, bursting with fig, plum and raisin flavors, that are all well balanced by a very effervescent carbonation.

Is our popular Flinke Hugle Lager with real orange zest, milk sugar, and vanilla beans added to make this lager a perfect beer for the summer time heat. Also nicknamed, "Creamsicle Lager" after the popular summer time desert. 5% ABV 18 IBU's
SHAMROCK PORTER- Mint Porter
Shamrock Porter is a thick and rich Robust Porter. Flavored with Mint, Chocolate and Vanilla. The mint is the first impression on your palate, followed by a firm roasted maltiness and finishes with hints of chocolate and vanilla. 6% ABV 20 IBU's
ST CROIX SOUR - Wild Sour Ale (750ml Only)
This vibrant ruby red color derived from St Croix grape skin infusion, set this wild fermentation sour ale apart. The local micro flora creates a firm acidity that enhances the distinct grape and oak aged tannins. Oak aged for 2 years. 6% ABV
PINOT GRIS SWEET & SOUR- Wild Sour Ale (Draft Only)
This experimental collaboration with Nimble Hill Winery is a 2 year endeavor, with 3 grape skin infusions of Pinot Gris, and Frontenac Gris, then oak aged to allow the wild micro flora to add depth and complexity. Flavor is instantly sweet, with strong grape flavors of fruit cocktail, then transitioning to sour cherry, pineapple, and oak tannins. 5% ABV
OUD BRUIN - Brown Sour Ale (750ml only)
Oud Bruin, also known as Old Brown and Flanders Brown. This brew has a long aging process and under goes a secondary fermentation which takes several weeks, which is followed by bottle aging for several more months. The extended aging allows residual yeast and bacteria to develop a sour flavor characteristic. 7.3% ABV
VIDAL SOUR - Sour Ale ( Draft 4pks & case)
Similar to our other sour beer and grape collaborations, this beer started out as our most sour beer yet! It was released as the Lemon Balm Sour, then we added 2000 pounds of freshly pressed Vidal grape skins! We let that infuse and this sour ale has a distinct Vidal flavor. 5% ABV
TURBO NOIR STILL (750ml only)
This vineyard and brewery collaboration starts off with a 2 year aged barrel of Turbo Diesel, and then added to our freshly pressed Pinot Noir grape skins. The result is a dark luxurious hybrid that is intentionally bottled WITHOUT carbonation to not interfere with the brandy, black currant, and raisin flavors. 8.7% ABV
CHOCOLATE STOUT LEMBERGER STILL (750ml only)
Similar to our previous released stills, this latest hybrid of beer and wine uses our Chocolate Stout blended with our Lemberger grapes and no carbonation. The aroma of roasted barley, coffee, and dark chocolate are up front, followed by oak and a dark fruit finish. This beer will keep you guessing if it is a Stout with a cherry flavor or a red wine with a chocolate flavor. 10% ABV CONTAINS SULFITIES
